1. Terms of Use
It is deemed that anyone using this service has accepted the Terms & Conditions listed below. It is understood that the all transactions and engagements between the user and this website will be governed by and will come under the purview of the Terms & Conditions listed below. Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. (SAC) reserves the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform the users of this service.
2. Use of Our Service
Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act of 1872 are not eligible to use this website. Any person below the age of 18 is prohibited to use/purchase/contract from/with, this website.
3. Shipping Details
We are currently shipping only within India. SAC ships on all weekdays, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Using or browsing this service does not authorise anyone to use our brand names, brand logos, trademarks or contents in any manner for their business or commercial activity of any kind. Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd reserves all intellectual property rights of all images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, video clips and written and other materials, collectively, the 'contents', that are part of this service/website/eStore. These 'contents' may be used only of personal, non-commercial activity in the full understanding that the IP rights remains with Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. All software used for this service/website/eStore is the property of www.bhavaa.com or its suppliers and come under the protection of Indian and International copyright laws.
DISCLAIMER: All third party trademarks, images, services, information and references featured on this service/website/eStore are owned by the respective trademark owners. In no way are they associated, linked or affiliated with Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. unless clearly stated otherwise.
5. Our Proprietary Rights
An user can submit, either proactively or in response to an invitation, feedback, comments, inputs, suggestions, collectively the 'ideas' about how to improve this service, its products, business growth, market share. By submitting any such 'idea', it is deemed that the disclosure is gratuitous, given without any compulsion/restriction and will not place Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. under any fiduciary or other obligation. It is understood that Sphinx Arts and Crafts is free to use this 'idea' in any form or to any extent without any additional compensation to the submitter of the 'idea'.
6. Billing & Payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in Indian Rupees and payment can only be accepted in this currency. All our prices include VAT & CST. All payments are securely processed. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, except American Express. We also accept Paypal payments. Once the order is placed, we will confirm availability, shipping, taxes and duties before processing your order transaction and only then dispatch product(s) that has been purchased. If there are any items in your order, which are not available, we will inform you through an email and immediately issue a refund.
7. Time taken for delivery and delays
The products will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of clearance of payment. A tracking number will be emailed to you when we ship your order. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order. While it is our endeavor to meet the time lines mentioned above, we request your patience on any shipping delays that may crop up on account of availability.
8. Liability for damaged products
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. Write to us at swati@sphinxworld.com mentioning your order number within a day of receipt of the merchandise. SAC will issue a refund/replacement as feasible, in case it is found that the damage was attributable to SAC itself. SAC shall bear no liability for refund/ replacement should the damage be attributable to the customer.
9. Difference in catalogue and actual product
The details of the product as mentioned on the website are our best attempt to detail every aspect of the product. Since products on the website are designer made, there may be variations in colour and embellishment of the actual product against that as shown on the website. Contributing factors to this variance are also the lighting, photography, colour schemes and the device you are viewing the website on.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content available on or through the service; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service or any product; (iii) any unauthorised access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party; (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (vii) user content or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
11. Governing Law
In the event of any dispute between the user of bhavaa and Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. during the use of our service or thereafter, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Agreement or the documents they incorporate by reference, the dispute shall be referred to a sole Arbitrator who shall be an independent and neutral third party identified by Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language. The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, shall govern the arbitration proceedings.

Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Cost
India: Shipping is free for orders above Rs.5000. For orders below Rs.5000, shipping charge will be Rs.100. Please note, for extremely remote areas, the charges could be different.
2. Customs & Duty
Shipping within India, the price is inclusive of all taxes and octroi.
3. Delivery Schedule
Once the order is placed, the products are checked, polished, tagged and packed. The documents are organised and the courier is booked with our logistics partner. This preparation process takes around 1-2 working days. After dispatch, the estimated time of delivery is:
- India: 5 to 7 working days to reach local destination; logistics executive will call to deliver the next day between 9am to 7pm
Working days exclude public holidays and weekends. Factors like unfriendly climatic or social conditions can lead to delay.
4. Shipping Coverage
We deliver to almost all places in India which are covered by our logistics partners. Please note that if we may not be able to deliver to any location that is experiencing disruption in normalcy either due to undesirable climatic or civil conditions, in such a scenario, we will connect with the user/member to decide the course of action.
5. Receiving the Delivery
User/member will need to identify themselves with any photo id proof like driving license, Pan card, Voter's card, Aadhar card, etc. Read and sign on all required documents. Check the package and if the outer bag is opened or torn, then do not accept the delivery and contact the eStore manager immediately. Tipping the courier executive is stringently discouraged.

We will share a tracking number after dispatch.
8. Eventualities
We are committed to take the utmost care to execute the order as soon as possible and deliver the products in pristine condition. Till the order is handed over the responsibility is ours. In the unlikely event of the package getting lost in transit, or if you receive a damaged or wrong product, then your payment will be refunded immediately in full, after proper verification. Please note that we will not be responsible for international orders that may be delayed or stuck due to customs regulations or with government authorities of that country.
Refund and Exchange Policy
We are committed to ensure that our customers get the best value in all scenarios. Keeping this in mind we have formulated a Refund & Exchange policy.
Given below are case scenarios wherein a refund/exchange will & will not be applicable.
Refund or exchange will NOT be applicable when:
- the delivery address provided by the customer is inaccurate/incomplete and the delivery is made at this address
- there are size related issue; please note the size details in the material description before shortlisting
- the damage is caused due to improper use or handling; please check care instructions mentioned
- minor difference in colour, fall or appearance; since all bhavaas are handcrafted with natural material, variations will exist
- the bhavaa is not damaged or does not have a quality issues
Refund or exchange will be applicable when:
- the bhavaa was received in a damaged condition by the customer
- the bhavaa received is not the design or product ordered by the customer
- the bhavaa ordered is not delivered well beyond the estimated delivery time
For the 1st and 2nd scenarios, write to our BU Head at swati@sphinxworld.com with the order number in the subject line, describe the issue in detail and share pictorial proof within 24 hours of receipt of the courier. We will cross-check the validity within 2 working days. Upon affirmative verification, we will issue a full refund within 12 working hours. Once refund is initiated, the bhavaa will be picked from the customer, at a mutually agreed time.
For the 3rd scenario, inform our eStore manager if the delivery is pending 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery time. We will track the courier and update the customer on status. If the parcel is lost in transit, then a full refund will be issued within 12 working hours.
Privacy Policy
It is deemed that anyone using this service/website has accepted the terms under our Privacy Policy as listed below. Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time and is under no obligation to inform the users of our service/website/eStore, in prior.
Personal Information" refers to any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person, to whom such information pertains including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profiles, identification number and credit card information.

Only that information which the users/members of this service/website provide knowingly and voluntarily will be collected and stored. While purchasing, customer will need to provide basic information, like name, email id, delivery address, and contact number. The personal information a user provides is important deciding factors for transactions to be successful and delivery of orders to be fulfilled. The user has to ensure that the information provided is accurate and update whenever required.
2. Usage of Information
User/member information will be strictly and solely used only to:
- fulfill any order that the user has placed
- to communicate about order status, offers, relevant notifications and updates
- to inform about any important changes in policies and/or terms and conditions
3. Sharing Data
To execute and fulfill an order placed by a customer, some relevant information will be shared with third parties like courier companies & payment processing companies. We do not allow any unauthorised persons or organisation to use any information that is collected from our users of this service/website.
In the event Sphinx Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. is required to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, user information may need to be disclosed, which may be without notice to the user. We believe that privacy is very important to each one of you. We protect the personal information of our user/member with the utmost rigour. Information about our users/members will not be sold to any other party.
4. External Links
Our website/eStore contain reference links which may lead you to other social media sharing websites. If you click on these links and land on the reference websites, then the Privacy Policy of that website will apply and this Privacy Policy will no longer be applicable. This is also applicable when payments are made for an order which is processed by a third party. We disclaim all liability for error in transmissions and unauthorised access or interceptions, abuse or misuse by third parties and other users. We shall not be liable to make good any loss caused due to your acceptance of another website’s terms and conditions.
5. Duration of Using and Storing Information
The personal information provided by our users/members will be used only for the duration that they are still using this service/website. Once a user/member unsubscribes, we will delete their personal information after informing them. All information related to orders placed by the user/member will be stored for the purpose of audit.
